User1: I can’t access my 500GB
Samsung external hard drive. Windows says I/O error when I want to access the
external hard drive. What is I/O error? How can I solve this problem? I don’t
care about the external hard drive, but I can’t afford to lose the data on the
drive. There are lots of important files on this drive. Can somebody give me a
clue? Thanks a lot!
