My
Seagate Freeagent external hard drive is not recognized by computer laptop. I
discovered it is neither showing up in My Computer nor under Disk Management.
Then I tried plugging it into to another computer, but I still get the same
result. I can see the red light when I plug the external hard drive to my
laptop. But why isn’t my external hard drive recognized? What should I do to
solve this problem? Can I restore the files inside the external hard drive?
Thanks in advance for any help.
