Need Help with Hard Drive Unreadable Problem

Problem1: My 120GB hard drive partition doesn’t allow me to open it and read the data inside. It is a 500GB Western Digital hard drive that had been partitioned into 4 partitions. The other three partitions work properly except the drive E. Both the free space and used space on drive E is shown as 0 byte. The drive E is shown as uninitialized under Disk Management. How can I repair the problem and access the data from the hard drive?

Problem2: My hard drive has been working badly recently. Once I turn on my computer, I can hear the big noise. This morning, my hard drive just disappeared on my computer. I can only see the hard drive under Disk Management, but I have no method to access the drive. The file type is showing raw  format and the capacity is shown as 0 byte. I have more than 120GB data on the hard drive but where are they gone? Is it possible to fix the problem and restore the files from my hard drive?
