How to Fix USB Flash Drive Unreadable Problem?

Problem1: I formatted my 4GB Toshiba USB flash drive, after which I save some other new files to the flash drive. However, my flash drive becomes unreadable now. I have no idea what happened, but it says the access to the flash drive is denied when I connect it to my computer. I can’t do anything with the USB flash drive and the only option for me is to format it. But I don’t want to lose the new added data on the flash drive. Thanks for any help!

User1: I have an 8GB USB flash drive which I often use for data storage. I like to save music, videos and pictures in the flash drive. However, when I insert my USB drive into my laptop today I can’t access the data from the drive. The flash drive can not be recognized by the laptop and it shows all files are still there when I check the properties. What will you do if you meet such a problem?
