All Files Are Disappeared for Unknown Reasons

Hello, I found all files are disappeared from my 500GB Verbatim external hard drive. I have stored all my files in this drive, but I can’t find any folder or files any more as if they are hidden. By the way, it is not external hard drive not formatted error or any other errors because I can open the drive normally. I just can’t find any data from this drive.
