Photo Loss due to Deletion
Do you think you can
only delete photos on a computer? It is not true. When you view photos on your digital
camera, you can simply delete a photo or even more by mistake. In the
transferring process, you may press wrong button and delete photos from memorycard. Especially, some users
like to transfer data by using "Cut" option; it is very easy to make important
data deleted with this method. When photos have been transferred from memory
card to hard drive, some users would like to delete those photos from the memory
card and only keep them on hard drive. In this way, once photos are mistakenly
deleted from hard drive, they cannot get back those deleted photos from backup.
Photo Loss after Formatting or Unformat Error
When referring formatting, most users will
think to format hard disk drive, or format flash drive on computer. As a matter of fact,
you can also perform formatting on other devices. For example, you can format a memory card on digital camera or cell phone. Once the storage media is
formatted, photos stored inside the storage media will be erased immediately. Although
after formatting, photos are on longer visible on the storage media, they card
deleted permanently.
Another cause for photos loss is unformatting
error, while some users also call it not formatted error. In this case, you will not be able to access the devise so
the photos inside will accordingly become inaccessible or unreadable. Most
users would think that the photos are lost in this situation, but the truth is
that all photos are still intact on the device.
