Hard Disk Is Not Initialized under Disk Management on Computer

User1: My hard drive shows not initialized under Disk Management. When I double on the hard drive, it asks me to initialize it but when I choose the option to initialize the hard drive it says "Incorrect Function". I also checked the properties of the hard drive and it shows its capacities as 0 byte. Does it mean all my data in this hard drive are lost?

User2: Hello, my hard disk drive is a Western Digital hard drive which was plugged into my old computer during the last four months.
