Problem1: I inserted my micro SD card
into a card reader and plugged it into the USB port of my computer to copy some
files. Nothing wrong happened during the process. However, when I unplugged the
card and inserted it to my mobile phone I found I can’t open the micro SD card

Problem2: When my 4GB micro SD card asked me to format it before I can use it, I had no idea what to do so I stopped using the card and connected it to my computer to see if it works. However, it shows the same error message on my computer that it asks me to format the card. Then I click Yes to format the micro SD card, but finally windows shows me formatting process fails.
